LANTAU TRAIL

logoThe 70-kilometre Lantau Trail, which crosses Lantau, was opened in December 1984. It is divided into 12 Section. The Lantau Trail has good visitor facilities along the way, and the route is well marked. There are information boards and maps at junctions between each Section. Distance Posts 500 metres apart help hikers know exactly where they are. At each turning, route signs give clear instructions about directions, place names, and the distances and times for hiking between various places.

Further information of Lantau Trail can be found in the book "Lantau Island - Its Beautiful Countryside" and "Country Map"
