Wong Shek Family Walk starts right beside the bus terminus
at the Wong Shek Pier, Sai Kung. From here, you
can walk up the steps to obtain a panoramic view
of the coastal scenery of Long Hill and Ko Tong
Hau. You can look even further across to Long Harbour,
Grass Island, Ko Lau Wan and Wan Tsai Peninsula.
Small boats and colourful wind surfers occasionally
pass by, adding a sense of vitality to this peaceful
and natural scenery. If you walk a little further,
you will see the large area of mangroves at To
Kwa Ping. These appear as a sea of short trees,
revealing the variety of coastal life.
