Rotary Park Nature Trail Information

The Rotary Park Nature Trail, some 800 metres long, runs downhill from Rotary Park and finishes at Sun Hoi Tin area. Public transport (Bus 51) serves both Rotary Park and the finish point of the Trail.

The Trail runs through varied habitats with panoramic views of Chuen Lung Village, Tsuen Wan and views offshore to the island of Tsing Yi. In fine weather one can also see the main landmarks on Hong Kong Island, especially the peaks at its western end - Victoria Peak and Mount Davis.

Along the Trail on-site interpretations introduce different habitats, such as woodland, scrubland and plantation - together with the plants and wildlife that can be found there. The historical interest of Chuen Lung Village is also described.
