Due to construction of a new toilet near Pak Tam Chung in Sai Kung West Country Park, a session of the Pak Tam Chung Tree Walk and Pak Tam Chung Hiking Practice Trail has to be closed (see attached map) from 10 November 2008 until further notice. Due to the maintenance work of forest track in Tai Lam Country Park, the forest track - Tin Fu Tsai (East) Section will be temporarily close (see attached map), vehicles will not be allowed to pass through that section from 16th September, 2008 to 23rd January, 2009. During the maintenance period, hikers can walk along that section but they are reminded to pay attention to large vehicles. Please note that no maintenance work will be undertaken during Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. For enquiries, please call Tai Tong Ranger Office 2477 4896.
